sexy-stewieAs You may already know.. “SEX” captures  attention.  I mean, You were immediately drawn to this post as soon as your eye caught the word “sexy” on my headline.  And you’re probably wondering, “Ok Mark…whats the point of this post?”

Let me ask you this…would you like to know what you can do to give your writing, sex appeal?

To be honest with you, its simpler than you think.

The key to sexy writing is…*voila*….FORMAT

You’re probably thinking to yourself…”Mark, thats it! Thats completely unsexy”

What I mean by format, is when you write, you want to avoid writing writing  sentences continuously without as much as giving a space for the words a chance to breathe.  These may look like big solid block of words.  Both you and I find these Solid Blocks highly unattractive.

There are 4 ways to make your writing MORE AttrAcTive,  Here it goes:

1) Use Bullets

You can either use these anywhere and are great to list KEY POINTS

2) Use “Quotes”

People generally love quotes. Because people are interested in what was said, not what you want to say.

3) Use Small paragraphs

Try using 1-2 lines per paragraphs and keep your readers guessing on length of your paragraphs.

4) Use Boxes

[Putting words in a box allows it to stand out more. People WILL read it. ]

Try out those pointers and your writing will become more very SEXY.

PS. Be sure to comment it would be very cool of you if you could.

What do you think is the most important element to success?
C’mon, think hard….figure it out yet?

Alright ill give you a tip..look in the mirror. Its easier than it seemed hey?!

Self image is so important because by understanding your self-image and by learning to modify it and manage it to best suit your purposes you can gain super confidence and power.

You may not realize it but we all carry with us a mental blueprint of ourselves. It may not be as clear as day but it is there. To clarify what self image is, its our own belief of the “person I am” down to the last detail.
These belief were built from past experiences, failures, successes, our interaction with other people, more so from our childhood experiences. A mental picture of ourselves is then constructed and this picture becomes the “Truth” that we act on.

Every action, behavior, and abilities are Always consisted with the self-image. In fact, you will always act like the type of person you believe yourself to be regardless of how much conscious effort or willpower to resist your self-image.

You cannot  escape your self-image for long. Even if you are able to put a patch on your self-image, eventually, you’ll  be snapped back  to your original self image.

Remember, a person who sees themselves as a “quitter type of person” will almost always find some way to quit regardless of the person’s willpower or how easy their opportunity they’re in.

There are ways to improve your self-image. Some say that positive thinking can improve your self-image.

In my opinion, positive thoughts is not that effective because you can’t simply put a patch on your “true” self image and expect to see results.  So long as the person still hold negative picture of themselves, every action that the person takes will reflect their self-image.

The most effective way to improve your self-image is to first change YOU.   By first changing your mental picture of yourself, everything you do will stay consistent with the new picture.

Please feel free to comment and it would be so cool if you could RT.

not more junk mail

not more junk mail

Heres the simple truth:

Successfully getting a hold of your most qualified leads is the most crucial part of your long-term success in network marketing, regardless of what or who you are selling to.

The majority of people who fail in MLM, fail because they run out of qualified leads and do not know how to utilize target prospect marketing.

How many times have your up-line told you to show EVERYONE your business, which includes your family and friends?

Well..guess what? Not everyone is interested in your business opportunity.

If you want to succeed in this industry, you must find qualified prospects that have 5 specific characteristics.

The 5 qualifications of your prospects are:

1) They have the need for whatever it is you are selling

2) They have the authority and can pay for what you are offerring

3) They must trust you and the company you are representing

4) They have a need to obtain what you are offerring.

5) They are open to what you have to say and be willing to learn from you.

Please comment and share other information about target marketing/prospecting.

stop shoplifting book is shoplifted

I was reading a book by Stephen R. Covey called The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. In this book, he organized/summarized 200 years worth of self-development and popular psychology writings and found that there are two concept of self-development: Character Ethics & Personality Ethic. The “Character ethics” covers integrity, industry, humility, and simplicity. On the other hand, “Personality ethics” relates to behavior and attitude.

The seven habits that effective people consistently show are:

1) Be Proactive

This means that you must consitently take responsibility for the decisions that you make in your life. You must not blame your predicament on anything outside of yourself. In any given situation, you have the freedom to choose your response. And these response must be words such as “I will.”

2) Begin with the End in Mind

Encourages the use of your imagination to visualize a future for yourself (positive affirmations). A simple question of, ” what do you want to be when you grow up?”  This is a very important habit because if you don’t make an effort to visualize who you are and what you want in life then you allow outside sources to decide your future.

3) Prioritize

This is possibly the most difficult of all the habits to follow but is self-explanatory. You must accomplish the task that are the most important.

4) Think win/win

Relates to interpersonal leadership that allow everyone to succeed without any losers. Its a frame of mind that you have, which allows everyone you work with to benefit from your interaction. The important traits of a win/win mindset are: integrity, maturity, & abundance mentality.

5) Seek first to understand…then to be understood

Focuses on being a really GOOD listener. When someone is speaking to us, the natural response is to listen autiobiography: agree/disagreeing and asking questions/giving advice from our experience. This is not the proper way to listen.

6) Synergize

Focuses on teamwork. You will accomplish your goal a lot faster by working in team in which allows you and other members to share your individual insights.  By doing this, results previously unseen, are accomplished.

7) Sharpen the Saw

You must improve every aspect of your life such as your physical, social/emotional, mental, and spirituals well being. You must refresh your life so that you can consistently practice the previous six habit. Live your life to the fullest.

Effective Communication has been Cancelled

Effective Communication has been Cancelled

1)      Listen

Be a sponge. The best sponges hold water indefinitely. Up until you are ready to contribute to your network marketing community squeeze some knowledge from your sponge.  Learn from others who are successul and determine what made them successful.

2)      Understand

Value the feedback you receive from others. You must get rid of any biases especially your own. Treasure the value you receive from the feedback more that your own. By doing this, when you are ready to contribute, your input would hold a lot of value to others.

3)      Value

DON’T ever assume certain contributions by certain individuals as being unworthy of your attention. Before you can contribute and respond to what going on in the conversation you have to value everyone involved. There may be a chance where the person you discount could be your golden prospect.

4)      Interpret

You must interpret and evaluate what has previously been said and think about whether any valuable and unique information to offer. If the only thing you are to going to add to the conversation is “Of course I agree” or “No, I disagree” please just the comment to yourself.

5)      Contribute

The most important step in effective communication is to contribute something valuable to the group.  If the conversation focuses on your level of expertise, you must offer your authority and unique opinion. Remember, there are numerous of readers and other writers who are waiting for your input. Once you have contributed to the conversation, you can be sure that you will be heard and will receive a feedback.

Adam Zyglis Cartoon

Have you ever noticed whenever you click over to a person or company’s website and you see sections, “About Us/Me” or “Our mission,” and many more?  Even my blog has that section. Those sections direct the attention solely on the owner of the site/blog, which is “ME.”

The truth is when people visit your site, they don’t care about a person that talks about themselves (ME). The visitors only care about the person who talks about them (YOU).

Every sentence that you place on your webpage/blog should be about the visitor and not about the owner of the webpage/blog. Case studies has shown that internet visitors have the purpose of visiting your site to accomplish a goal. Your job is to help them accomplish that goal.

Try seeing everything from the visitors POV by:

  • Discussing the problem to your visitors
  • Tell them what to do first, second, third, and so on
  • Assume nothing
  • Anticipate what they’re thinking
  • It is an easier for them to make a more informed decision if you guide them through the process.
  • Always think in terms:  GIVING not TAKING
  • Educate your visitors on how to achieve their goals!
